Make sure that the oil pressure is in the right amount of interval and that the oil filter gets replaced regularly. Oil serves an important role of reducing the wear and tear of component parts in the generator. The moving parts in a diesel engine, such as pistons, crankshafts, and valves, are subject to significant stress when at work. Lubricating the engine will help lift this stress and reduce the friction among them tremendously.
