HUAQUAN does not only have high standards on the quality of its generator set, but also expects intelligence and automation on its control system. Today, we are going to look at how the automation control system optimizes users’ experience with our generator sets.

      The automation of generator sets looks like this: the unit initiates the self-start when needed; after all of the unit parameters reach the standards, it will automatically switch to the unit as the main power supply; this whole process is without any human’s intervention. This power switch is realized through a key component called Automatic Transfer Switch. ATS is specifically designed for the switch between mains power supply and unit power supply. 

       Here is a detailed description of this automated process. When the system detects a main power failure, the self-start kicks in and the unit starts to supply power. It will automatically switch to the main power supply once the main supply is restored, and the unit will auto-stop and enter into the preparatory starting mode. 

Other automated processes include monitoring water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and rotational speed; triggering the alarm system and protection measures once failure is detected.
